Hi, I'm Kate. Here's my story:

7 years ago after losing nearly 50kg (110lbs) I decided to quit my corporate job, get qualified and start a business to help other women who’d battled with their weight to change their lives.


Over several years, I helped hundreds of women transform, ran many workshops, a retreat and other in person challenges for my clients.

My story inspired thousands, I was featured in news articles, I co-authored a book and I was constantly praised for my success.

After an 18 month long, intensely restrictive dieting period to stand on a bodybuilding stage - everything started to fall apart.

That process and the aftermath, coupled with several unexpected and difficult life challenges completely ruined my relationship with myself, food and my body.

Incredibly unintentionally, I resorted to old coping modes, thought processes, self sabotage cycles and habits.

I ate until I felt sick. I ate to mask my emotions. I ate because I felt so ashamed. I ate because I wasn’t talking to anyone about it. I ate in secret. 

And before I knew it, I’d gained back nearly all of the weight I’d spent so long losing.

I felt like such a fuck up. Such a failure. I felt so ashamed. Embarrassed. I hated myself. I felt guilty. I felt like I’d let down everyone that supported me, my clients that were inspired by me, and myself who’d worked so fucking hard to get there.
